About
Hi! My name is EB.
Having trained my entire life in dance, I've experienced the pure joy that movement can bring. I am a certified instructor in Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids and Teens, and I'm passionate about helping youth discover the power of movement & mindfulness. With over 10 years of teaching dance–including 5 years bringing movement to students in schools across Germany–I’ve seen firsthand how these tools transform young minds and bodies.
