EB Moves is a movement-based learning experience that teaches embodied movement, mindfulness, and performance skills to youth through dance.
The workshops include a movement warm-up and stretching, learning new dance skills, choreographic activities, team-building games, and a final performance at the end.

The Foundation
Improving Mental & Physical Wellbeing
Dancing reduces stress and increases levels of serotonin--the feel good hormone. Students learn mindfulness through movement exercises while simultaneously improving their physical strength and flexibility.
Positive Environment
A safe-space is created where students can feel comfortable using movement as a way to express feelings, thoughts, or ideas.
Final Performance
Students will showcase the skills they've learned and the material they've created in a final dance performance for an audience. Through the process of rehearsing and performing, students practice team-work, enhance focus, and develop self-confidence.
About
Hi! My name is EB.
Having trained my entire life in dance, I know firsthand the pure joy that movement can bring. My desire to spread positivity has driven me to combine my two passions of dance and teaching children and teens. I have more than five years of experience teaching dance workshops across the US and Germany.
