Get to Know the Program
EB Moves promotes healthy lifestyles among children and teens. Dancing is effective in increasing self-esteem and improving psychological well-being; it reduces stress, in turn, creating more positive emotions and feelings. The physical benefits of dancing include improving strength and flexibility through exercising. Students will develop an understanding of how dance can improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
One of the main aspects of the workshops is to provide a fun, safe environment where an engaging way of learning takes place. Through team-building games and choreographic activities, students will learn to work together, build trust, and encourage creativity in both themselves and their peers.
Unlike traditional dance classes, EB Moves workshops always end with a final performance to showcase what the students have learned as well as what they've created on their own. This performance opportunity not only builds discipline through the process of rehearsing, but it also allows students to boost their confidence as well as to feel a sense of achievement.
